A great option for breakfast, snack or a dessert. This is very versatile as you can add whatever toppings you like such as fruit, nuts, granola, toasted coconut flakes or my favorite – emulsified MCT oil. 

Chia Pudding


  1. 3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  2. 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  3. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  4. 1 tsp Honey
  5. Optional: Berries, Nuts, or Emulsified MCT Oil to drizzle on top


  1. Remove it from the fridge, and make sure your pudding looks thick and the chia seeds have gelled.
  2. Add your choice of toppings, and enjoy immediately.
