I’ve been making quite a few new recipes with squash lately as they are in season. I honestly have to say, it is a toss-up between this pizza bake and the Butternut Squash Soup. Both are so good! But, luckily they are two different types of squash.So I picked up some fresh veggies this weekend at the farmers market, including some spicy hotttt peppers – the lady thought I was crazy for buying habaneros and then questioned me when I asked for the ghost peppers
Vegetables are most nutritious when they are the freshest, so my goal was to use them up early on in the week. . . which resulted in this spaghetti squash pizza bake. Seriously, we had the conversation of how we need to make it weekly when we finished it today for lunch. It. is. freaking. awesome!
