Horseradish Vinaigrette

This light, horseradish vinaigrette pairs perfect with a Steak salad. Personally, I top the salad with sliced radishes, asparagus pieces, and butternut squash. Can also add tomatoes, diced bell pepper, or zucchini pieces.

Horseradish Vinaigrette

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup olive oil
  2. 1/3 cup white vinegar
  3. 2 tablespoons horseradish
  4. 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  5. 1 tablespoon basil
  6. 1 tablespoon parsley
  7. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  8. 1.5 teaspoon honey
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. 1 teaspoon pepper, more to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together well with whisk or shaker. Serve immediately, or store and chill for up to 4 days.
