One of the most common hurdles to eating healthy is TIME…  between kids, work, errands and the daily demands that are thrown our way, it can be difficult of stay on track if you’re not prepared with healthy options.

This bisque is not only AH-MA-Z-ING, it is also nutrient dense, low calorie and very filling. I recommend serving with a few basil leaves and a bit of crumbled bacon on top 🙂

This recipe will make 8 servings. Each serving is 1 cup.
