  1. 4 strips of thick-cut pastured bacon
  2. Homemade guacamole
  3. Fresh squeezed lime juice (1 lime)


  1. Sauté 4 slices of bacon until crispy
  2. Wait until cooled
  3. Fill the “sandwiches” with your favorite guacamole.
  4. Flavor it with a squirt or two of lime juice.
